In 1997, Sonoma Valley Bagel in Cotati and Santa Monica-based East Coast Bagel created a holey alliance. Sonoma Valley Bagel reached 17 bagel cafes during that time and East Coast Bagel reached 18 bagel cafes for that time.

 

In addition, during 1997 as well for Sonoma CEO Rick Houghtaling and East Coast CEO Alan Freiman expected the combined merger that will create efficiencies in operations and that should cut the company's general and administrative costs by 20 percent to 30 percent because of the distance and have efficiency to open stores in California in USA.

 

Now from West Coast in California to span the state in Country to City to Coast in East Coast as that becomes successful and later or future plans for Oregon, Arizona, Nevada and the Central Valley later in the future. Thank you for the care, love, and support!
