The Beginning
In 1992, Sonoma Valley Bagel Co. opened its first shop.

In the late 1980s, Rick Houghtaling
started Sonoma Valley Bagel Co. based on Bay Area
in Silicon Valley to Wine Country in Napa-Sonoma County
that is 45 minutes North of San Francisco, California. USA.
​
By 1995-1998, the East Coast Sonoma Team
from Sonoma Valley Bagel Co. reached to 17 Bagel Cafes
and East Coast Bagel Co. reached to 18 Bagel Cafes.
